When You Pull Up…
You’ll find a secluded long driveway with just a handful of homes, perfect for a bike ride. There are tons of parking spots for 6-8 cars. You can enter the home from the fully covered front porch, covered lower-level front door, or screened-in rear porch. Inside you’ll find a two-story family room with a gas fireplace! Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for 11 (8 at the table and 3 stools at the kitchen counter), or walk out onto the huge, private screened-in porch with another gas fireplace, TV, and plenty of seating. Past the kitchen on the main level, find 2 bedrooms w/ king beds, a full bath, and laundry.
Get the rest you need…
Upstairs, you’ll find a huge bedroom with vaulted ceililng, king bed, and full bath with walk-in shower. Outside the bedroom, there’s a 2nd floor loft with queen-sized sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace. Retreat to the basement, or send the kids down, and enjoy another full bedroom with two sets of bunks, a game area, pool table, full sofa and TV area, and walk-out to hot tub under covered patio.
On weekends…
You may be able to subtly hear the live music played at Mountain State Brewery just a short walk down the road. Grab a bite to eat and relax. Don’t worry, it’s not too loud!

Entertain your guests with board games, puzzles, books for all ages. Connect to high-speed internet. Grill outside with the charcoal grill. Enjoy the central a/c, hairdryer, iron, washer, dryer, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. With a new set of towels and linens provided for each bed, and fresh K-cups for morning coffee, what more do you need to prep your boat for launch, skis for the slopes, or feet for a beautiful hike.
How far is the lake? Just 5-minutes away; you can launch your boat for a nominal fee or head over to the State Park beach 10 minutes from public boat launch.
We love this home because of its beautiful with high-end finishings, minutes from grocery store and restaurants, 5 minutes to both LAKE and SKI, and 10 minutes from State Park beach and public boat launch. Come have a blast, walk to Mtn. State Brewery and enjoy the serene peaceful property with huge trees and great views.
