Payment

Once your request is approved, we'll send you a PayPal link for a 50% deposit. Balance is due 14 days prior to rental.

Cancellation

Full refund of deposit and payments up to 14 days before arrival. 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival.

The House

Three king bedrooms, a bunk room sleeping four and a queen sleeper loft. Hot tub, firepit, pool table, screened porch, parking for six to eight cars.
